I just added GoStats to my blogs. It is available free of charge so you can sign up for an account and add your weblog, update your weblog template with the widget and you would be ready to go ! As simple as that. You would then be able to get and display daily hits along with the referrers, which is always a good thing so that you can see who else is talking about you, and and where they came from.
- 1. Click on the counter below to get your free account.
- 2. Log in to your wordpress admin panel.
- 3. Click on Presentation,.
- 4. Click on theme editor.
- 5. Click on side bar.
- 6. IMPORTANT: make a back up of the code there in case you mess up. (I can’t restore it for you).
- 7. Go back to Gostats. Click my stats then Get Counter Code. Copy code.
- 8. Go back to sidebar. Look for <h2>Meta</h2> and paste above (or if you know what you are doing anywhere is fine)
The blog list has been updated. If there is no activitiy three weeks after set up, I will assume you changed your mind or blog name and it will be deleted. Please add HOW Bloggers to your blogroll.
Visit the sites and leave comments about the new themes.
