1. Sign in your Wordpress admin panel.
2. Click on options. Change your Weblog title.

I am really sorry to bother you but I still cannot get the proper Name on my blog site!!! I followed the instructions here and in Options my blog name and by line is right but it doesn’t show up on the site. So I have been reading all the WordPress FAQ’s and tutorials and I just cannot find how to fix this. I was wondering, since you all had to upload the theme, is this something you all have to also do??????
I am doing my best to learn on my own but this one thing I just can’t figure out how to fix.
