We are very sorry, but we do not provide telephone support. The resources provided below will accommodate most, if not all inquiries about our services and product offerings. We provide hundreds of pages of free information online and places where you can talk to other HOW users.
Please Understand Our Position
Heart of Wisdom is a family-owned and operated business. With a small staff working on Heart of Wisdom unit studies, each is very busy writing, proofing, laying out books, and addressing all of the administrative and management tasks involved. When we first began Heart of Wisdom, we enjoyed answering questions and discussing products with customers via the telephone. While we truly enjoyed direct interaction, the time demands associated with day-to-day business operations were too great and left us with little time to homeschool our children and handle our other family and parental activities. We soon realized that we had to provide alternative ways to support our customers while not detracting from our primary responsibilities to our families.
Our primary focus is to create materials to promote God's Word. We made the decision to become wise stewards of our time by providing access to more written information such as sample pages, answers to frequently asked questions, and message boards on our web sites.

HeartofWisdom.com contains volumes of information explaining our teaching philosophy, and providing examples and resource information. There are hundreds of pages available for download, and numerous free sample lessons.
Homeschool-Books.com is our online store which provides details on each book we carry, our tentative publishing schedule, dozens of sample pages and reviews, and more frequently asked questions (FAQs). You can register here to receive news about specials and product announcements.
BiblicalHolidays.com contains hundreds of pages of information on the holidays in the Bible and Christianity's Hebrew roots.
OurHebrewRoots.com is our online bookstore focusing on the Hebrew roots.
ScrapbookintoLearn.com offers instructions for scrapbooking or lap booking Bible pages and academic pages. It features a gallery of students work.

The HOWE group is a a lively group of sweeties discussing Heart of Wisdom teaching approach and homeschooling in general. This group is available via email or digest or online.
Ordering by Phone
Online orders are usually shipped within a few hours. Phone orders may be delayed up to 48 hours. We provide an outside answering service to take credit card orders for those who don't feel comfortable ordering online. (Please note, however, that we have never had one problem with online security.) Place your order at http://homeschool-books.com, then call the computer-generated order number with your credit card number. This is only an answering service and the operators cannot answer homeschool questions.
Shipping Issues: An outside shipping company fills our orders. If you have a shipping problem, call 407-246-4545 (They are not involved with our electronic publications).
