Quick and Easy Way to Clean the Microwave

Ever burn popcorn in the microwave? Stinks the whole house up. Here is a tip to remove odors and clean any spills.

Add four tablespoons of lemon juice to one-cup of water in a microwave-safe, four-cup bowl. Boil for five minutes in the microwave, allowing the steam to condense on the inside walls of the oven. Then wipe clean.

The moisture from the water will loosen anything that has spilled over, or blown up. The acid from the lemon helps cut the grease and it also smells nice.
