New Exercise Accountability Group on Twitter #XRsize
Do you exercise? Do you have a hard time staying motivated? Me too.
Exercise is not easy. There is a reason they call it WORKING out.
I started an Twitter exercise accountability group using the hashtag XRsize = # XRsize.
Paul tells us to glorify God in our body, as well as our spirit (1 Cor 6:19-20). We need to treat our bodies as the temple of God through proper exercise and nutrition.
Most people have difficulty achieving fitness goals working out by themselves. Joining a support group can make the difference between Fab and Flab. The significant change in your body through exercise is worth the work.
The goal of this new accountability group to make it much is group is to adjust your attitude through accountability.

If You Miss Exercising
My hope is everyone in the group will become friendly and to notice if someone misses a few days and pop them an encouraging uplifting DM or tweet. Everyone should have at least one day off a week so don’t bother anyone if they miss one day.
If you have a more organized idea on how how to help motivate slackers please post suggestion in the comments.
Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. I Thessalonians 5:11

I had decided to begin a twitter account to keep myself and hopefully others to keep me accountable for what I’m eating. I just don’t want to have to admit that I ate a big piece of cake or something.
Anyway-I wondered if anyone else does something like this and that’s when I ran across your post.
Exercise is definitely something I’m struggling with-especially with snow on the ground right now.
I’m a bit new to the twitter scene and still find a lot of it confusing, but I think I’ll get in there and see if I can start tweeting my exercise.
I’m @tweetmyeat . I’m hoping I can get the hang of this! ha!

I can’t seem to find a date when this was written and it looks like (possibly) that this might have been from a while ago. I might have been a little late in the game!
