• Track Detectives – Students explore the properties of objects as they observe, describe and classify types of animals, tracks, patterns of movement and attributes. Grades 2-3.
• Animals of the World Scavenger Hunt -learn about the natural habitats of ten of the world’s animals — including some animals they’ve never heard of! Two versions! One for beginners and one for experienced surfers.
• Tracks - Students go on a nature walk where are  tracks. They create plaster of paris molds of tracks they find, then identify them. Wonderful lesson!Grades 4-9.
• No Place Like Home - In this lesson, students investigate the impact of the physical environment on an endangered species. They then create a plan for the ideal care of the species and develop an advertisement to promote awareness about the need for its protection.
