Refund / Cancellation Policy:
An ebook is a book delivered and designed to be accessed electronically and printed from your computer. We currently produce our books in the Adobe Acrobat format. Click to view sample lessons.
Ebooks offer additional benefits to those of traditional print books:
- You can access your ebook immediately. Once you buy an ebook, you can read it instantly; you don't have to wait for delivery.
- You can find what you need fast. You can use the "search" and "find" functions to pinpoint the material you need more easily than in a print book. Ebooks can be extensively hyperlinked, so you can click your way to the section or chapter you need.
- Ebooks are hyperlinked to the Internet. Just click the underlined text for instant additional information: worksheets, free online books, audio, video, articles, illustrations, experiments, and more!
- Print only the pages that you need for the lessons that day.
- You get free updates for 2 years. Internet-Links must be updated or your links will not be active.
How Long Do I Have Access?
When you download your Ebook it is on your computer until you delete it. Your Ebook updates are good for 2 years from date of purchase. Updating Ebook is extremely expensive --updating Ebooks cost several thousands of dollars each year. We cannot provide the service for longer than 2 years without an additional fee. If we do not have your current Email address you will not receive updates. Please keep your email current by changing your profile at http://homeschool-books.com when you change your email.
Should I invest in a bound book or an ebook?
Not all of the Heart of Wisdom units are available in bound book form. See Purchasing Options for the best value for your needs.
What happens when I purchase an ebook?
When you purchase an ebook, you will be provided with a digital version of the ebook for immediate use. You can choose to download this digital version to any computer you choose your desktop at work, your home computer, or even a laptop. However, you will only be able to access your ebook on the computer you download it to. The Ebook is on your computer unitl you delete it. Your updates are good for two years.

How do I download my ebook?
Downloading an ebook is easy!
- Download the free Acrobat Reader.
- Browse our titles, select the ebooks you want, and add them to your shopping cart.
- When you have finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the shopping cart page. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.
- At the completion of the order you will receive an email giving you a link which you can use to download your title(s). Only use this link after you have already downloaded and installed the Acrobat reader.
How long will it take to download my ebook?
The amount of time it will take you to download an ebook varies, depending on your connection speed, the file size, and Internet traffic.
Do I have to be connected to the Internet every time I want to view my ebook?
No. Once you have obtained the rights to access an ebook and have downloaded it to your computer, you will be able to enjoy the content offline, without being connected to the Internet.
Will I have the ability to print hard copies of the eBooks that I have downloaded?
Yes. Our ebooks are designed to be printed to allow for easy access. You may make as many copies as you need for your immediate family.
When will my ability to view my ebook expire?
Most ebooks are yours to keep indefinitely. Once you have downloaded your ebook you should have the ability to access it as long as you like.
Can I return an ebook?
If for any technical reason you cannot open your ebook you can get a full refund. You can not return an Ebook. We provide hundreds of sample pages and lessons so you make a descision before purchasing. We also provide a message board and an egroup so you can talk to others before deciding.
How do I know if I have an Updated version?
Each Heart of Wisdom Ebook has 2 digits delimited by period symbols (e.g. 2.1). - The first digit means major revisions and new features added to the Ebook. - The second digit stands for minor corrections to the Ebook. The generic rule: the greater the last digit more current the links. You will be notified by email each time the Ebook in your customer file area is updated. Can I Sell my Ebook?
Sharing or reselling an Ebook is stealing. All eBooks at are the exclusive property of the publisher or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The download of these product(s) is intended for the personal and noncommercial use. Any other use of eBooks downloaded is strictly prohibited. Users may not modify, transmit, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the content of these product(s), in whole or in part. By downloading eBooks, the User hereby acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read the Ebooks. You can download this free software directly from Adobe.
E-books,are non-refundable items. If you have a problem accessing an e-book file please contact customer service. Heart of Wisdom reserves the right to cancel a 24/7 online seminar, E-book offerings or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
